FAT is the insole if you are looking for maximum cushioning combined with the dynamic support offered by Icebug Insoles. The FAT soles are 5 mm thick and fit most shoes with removable insoles. The footbed is available in three versions: Low, Medium and High, which are made to fit all types of arches.
The Icebug sole corrects the structure of the foot. It often feels awkward at first as muscles and tendons that have been inactive for a long period now start working again. We therefore recommend a gradual habituation, use the sole one or a few hours per day to begin with and gradually increase the use.
